Bone Grove Return & Refund Policy
Returns We want you to love your Bone Grove order. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition.
To start a return, email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
