The witches of Witch Hollow put their water supply up on stilts, on the reasonable grounds that whatever is in it should not be at ground level with the rest of them. The tank wears a hat. The slime running down the legs is painted in glow-in-the-dark paint, so it keeps working after you turn the lights off.

At ten and a half inches this is the tallest thing we sell for the village, and it does the job a landmark is supposed to do: you can see it over the rooftops, so wherever you put it becomes the middle of town.
